During the summer, there is always something going on. We heard about the International Children's Festival going on in downtown St. Paul. What a great way to spend the morning with beautiful weather!!We made crazy hats

Wading in the fountains...this was right before Cael stood in front of the fountain, without Jonathan realizing it, and soaking his pants!
There were people dancing on the side of the Lawson building...quite amazing!
