You may have guessed it...ear tubes need to be placed! We went to the ENT who recommended we place tubes so Cael's poor ears can drain the fluid to decrease the risk for more ear infections. We scheduled his surgery on March 1 at 3:45 pm. The hardest thing about this...Cael isn't able to eat for 8 hours before the procedure!! They didn't have a morning appointment available until mid-April, so I guess we will have to see how it goes.
Cael has been a little fussy lately, and I thought it was those darn ears. Well, I felt his mouth a couple days ago, and realized that he has 4 more teeth in there that I didn't know came through!! Cael is up to 12 teeth...yikes! That would make me crabby too...ok, he deserves to be a little fussy every now and then!!

Poor Cael! But hopefully soon all ear infections will be a distant memory. We will be thinking of you Cael on the 1st!
