This has kind of been a long, busy week, so I thought I would update everyone. Jonathan stayed home with Cael on Monday since Cael had some sort of a stomach bug with a fever. Thankfully that lasted 1 day. On Tuesday we took Cael to the ENT to figure out if we should do tubes or not. The ENT didn't seem too concerned right now and said "see you in a month". So this makes me feel a little bit better since he doesn't seem too concerned. We had his hearing checked while we were there, and it seems to be a affected, but Cael does have fluid in his ears, so of course it is going to be muffled. We will go back to the ENT in March and see what he says.
Today I got a page from daycare saying Cael's cough is getting worse, and thinks we should take him to the doctor...so we have an appointment this afternoon. We will keep you updated. Hopefully it isn't anything to worry about, but we would rather get it checked out before the weekend comes, especially since my parents are coming up to spend the weekend with Cael while Jonathan and I go skiing in northern Minnesota at Lutsen.
