I saw my doctor this morning, who is starting me on the weaning process from my blood pressure medication. She took my blood pressure and it was 88/60 several times she took it! She joked about needing a "taxi with lights and a siren" to leave the clinic! She couldn't believe I am not light headed or dizzy with moving around. I tried to tell her that my BP is typically in the low 100's, upper 90's! Hopefully in 4 weeks I will be completely off the BP medication, with the added bonus of my BP remaining normal! I will be sure to keep you updated!
Cael and I decided to try to venture to the YWCA to walk on the indoor track today. He did really well, tolerating the stroller! Something we will have to try more often, especially since these next few days look decent weather wise! (At least with highs in the 30s).
