Outings success!

So to report back about the grocery store and the pictures...success! Cael slept in his car seat while my mom pushed him through the grocery store...I hadn't grocery shopped so fast before...trying not to press our luck with the big adventurous day! We get to JCPenney's to take his pictures 20 minutes early, thinking it will be perfect for me to have time to feed him before his noon pictures. Well, the photographer insisted on trying to get some of him sleeping before I fed him, so I took him out of the car seat, and he woke up one hungry hippo! He did really good throughout the pictures, only having to delay the pictures 3 times to eat!! We will be sure to share the pictures with you when we get them...they turned out really cute! Too hard to decide on which ones to keep!!

On Saturday, my mom and dad left. It was great to have my mom here for a few days...I was able to get caught up on rest and of course get a few extra things done around the house! Kealy, Kyara, and Maya drove up on Saturday as well to meet Cael and spend the afternoon with us. It was great to see them, and Cael enjoyed meeting more family!!

On Sunday, Jonathan had the idea of going to the Mall of America! (Yes...it was Jonathan's idea!) We left the house around 11 and didn't get back until close to 4 pm. Cael did really well being pushed around the mall in the stroller. Jonathan and I were even able to enjoy a sit down restaurant followed by Cold Stone ice cream!! Cael began to get fussy in the car on the way home...we figured we may have pushed our luck getting ice cream. It was great to get out and for the 3 of us to have some "quality time" at the MOA!
Kind of random, but this is Cael's favorite place to lay, besides someone's arms of course!! Who knew the changing table could be so comforting (as long as he isn't being changed)!!

The changing table as an amazing force! All three of mine, and many others I have witnessed enjoy and are comforted by the changing table.

Thanks for the update! Completely understood the nursing 3 times in a short amt of time.

Take care.
