Today Cael and I saw our first game at Target Field (Jonathan has already been to a game earlier this year).
Scott and Christy Poska met us at the game! Of course the game started at nap time, so Cael became restless about the 2nd inning, so we went for a walk around the new stadium. We did make our way back to the seats to watch the exciting last couple innings. Cael was really good overall, and loved to clap along with everyone else!
Every Sunday afternoon, kids are invited onto the field after the game to run the bases. That is right...now that we have a kiddo, Jonathan was all about taking advantage of this opportunity. Cael really liked being on the field, but I'm pretty sure running the bases of the major league team fulfilled one of Jonathan's dreams! They seemed to have fun, but Jonathan's smile was much bigger!!
We didn't take a stroller, so Cael did A LOT of walking, and with no nap, the poor guy was exhausted!

That is awesome. Cael is going to have many fun memories going to Twins games in the new stadium! Honestly, did Jonathan try to beat all the little kids around the bases?
