Christmas traditions

Well, the tree is up, the nativity scene, stockings and wreath are hung! So far, Cael has gotten very curious about the tree...putting his finger out to touch it, but so far has not grabbed a hold of it! He seems to like the lights the most! Notice we didn't really decorate the tree this year...we were afraid of too many temptations for the little hands!


We told Cael the tale of putting shoes out for St. Nick's Day! Let's just say that Cael LOVED the juice that he found in his shoes!! (He is an easy one to please this year!) He also really liked the cookie plate and milk jar that he got from St. Nick! Cael must have been a really good boy this year!






Quick funny story...We went to church last Saturday night, and Cael was being...well...Cael, and his timing was incredible!! Cael started clapping when the homily was over! Next, when we were standing during the Lord's Prayer, some people were holding hands, others were holding both hands toward the sky...well, Cael held onto Jonathan with one hand, and raised the other hand with his palm toward the sky! Needless to say the people behind us had quite the laughs
